Rick Gold

This week's Gilbert Spotlight features Rick Gold, Product Specialist at Gilbert Fleet & Commercial. Is there a Gilbert Team Member or a member of the community you would like to nominate? Visit GilbertHasIt.com & click "Nominate a Hometown Hero".

When Rick Gold joined Team Gilbert in 2016, he had already been in the automotive industry for more than 35 years. We knew he had a broad range of customers and a wealth of Chevrolet knowledge. It was a common occurrence for one of our sales team to be courting a new customer and hear, "Thank you, but I already work with Rick Gold."

If you've ever had the pleasure of meeting Rick, you undoubtedly heard about his wife, Terri, and his daughter, Gabby. His family is the driving force behind his excellence and his desire to make them proud pushes him to give unparalleled customer service. His favorite thing about work is, "getting to take care of my customers."

Over the years, Rick has won numerous awards and accolades for his product knowledge and customer service. While these accomplishments are noteworthy, the positive feedback from his customers is what Rick really loves to hear. A week rarely goes by where a customer hasn't called in or gone on Google to tell us how amazing Rick was to work with. A customer recently said, "Rick Gold found us what we needed and communicated frequently to keep us posted. He also had it delivered to our home so my husband and I didn't have to take time off from work. Excellent experience." The man. The myth. The legend. The 'Gold'en Boy, as some of us call him. Thank you for all you do for Team Gilbert, Rick!
