It was a common occurrence for one of our sales team to be courting a new customer and hear, “Thank you, but I already work with Rick Gold.”
If you’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting Rick, you undoubtedly heard about his wife, Terri, and his daughter, Gabby. His family is the driving force behind his excellence and his desire to make them proud pushes him to give unparalleled customer service. His favorite thing about work is, “getting to take care of my customers.”
Over the years, Rick has won numerous awards and accolades for his product knowledge and customer service. While these accomplishments are noteworthy, the positive feedback from his customers is what Rick really loves to hear. A week rarely goes by where a customer hasn’t called in or gone on Google to tell us how amazing Rick was to work with.
