I would like to take a moment to tell you that your staff is doing a great job!! I brought my 2010 Silverado to Your body shop to get some paint fixed . I explained my concerns to George. He said no problem, it would be fixed under warranty, I needed a loaner car, again he said no problem. I scheduled the repair & loaner car with Ana at the desk, no problem. The repair was completed before schedule, My truck once again looks great !! When I received my truck it was clean inside & out. I will admit I have had problems at other body shops with other vehicles in the past & I was nervous about this repair but everything turned out great. Ana called me to give me progress reports which I thought was great. Excellent experience all around.. I’m completely satisfied & beyond. My vehicle had to be hauled in due to a dead battery. Since most everything is electric I couldn't get my key out, roll up the window or anything. Mr. Kenbeek waited for the tow truck and opened the bay so that it could be safely stored overnight until it could be fixed. He then patiently answered my questions though I know he must have been tired and ready to go home.
